Legalization of Documents
All documents to be legalized must have previously been legalized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq or Yemen, whichever is the case.
The documents that can be legalized are:
• Documents issued by an authority or official linked to a State jurisdiction.
• Administrative documents.
• Notarial documents.
• Official certifications that have been placed on private documents, such as mentions of records, checks on the certainty of a date and authentications of signatures.

For example, marriage certificate, birth certificate and death certificates, Court rulings or other documents of judicial origin, Notarial Documents such as Powers of Attorney, Certificates, Public Registry Certificates, Diplomas, or titles issued by educational institutions.
