Uruguay participated with the movie of "El Padre de Gardel" in the II Iberoamerican Film Festival from July 2 to 8, 2023 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Prior to the presentation of the film, it was decided to give the audience a brief lecture on the geographical location of the place where the events took place, showing maps of South America, Uruguay and the location of Tacuarembó in our country.
The exhibition was very well received by the audience, which practically filled the theatre with a capacity of 200 people.
