Participation of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay in the fourth Extraordinary Congress of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) 2023
Uruguay was represented at the fourth Extraordinary Congress of UPU which took place from the 1st to the 5th of October 2023, by: H.E. Dr. Nelson Yemil Chabén Ambassador of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as Head of Delegation, Col. (R) Rafael Navarrine President of the National Postal Administration (ANC) and Ec. Luis González, Postal Services Manager of the Communications Services Regulatory Unit (URSEC).
