On June 19, 2023, citizens Irene Tempone Regueiro and Sofia Tempone Regueiro were sworn into the National Flag at the Embassy of Uruguay in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Oath of Allegiance to the Flag was taken by the Consul Mr. César Soares de Lima.
